Riding Areas
Rebel Outlaws have rode at many designated areas:
Moccasin Gap - This area consists of four major loops with many inner loops totaling 28 miles. Trails that are on existing forest service roads are open to horses, motorized vehicles, and mountain bikes. Some newly constructed areas are not safe for ATVs and designated for horses only! This area is North of Russellville on Hwy 7.
Wolf Pen Gap - This area consists of 41 miles of trails. Trails feature high mountain areas, including Gap Creek and Board Camp Creek. The trail continues through a forest of large pines and hardwoods before passing the unique 2-foot tall oak tree and an abandoned mine shaft. The trail loops are connected to accommodate riders who want to vary the length of their trips. From Mena, take State Highway 8 East for 1 mile to Arkansas 375, then south 8 miles to the trailhead near County Road 277. Additional trailheads are farther south on Arkansas 375 and south on Forest Road 38.
Mill Creek - The trails consist of 27 miles of main trail, 15 miles of interior loops and shortcut trails. The trails consist of mountainous terrian, upland hardwood forests, rocky areas, and have clear mountain streams. There are 27 miles of main trail marked in blue and 15 miles of interior loops and shortcut trails. The trails take you through the Ozark National Forest. A vault toilet is available at the trailhead on FS Road 1509. The graveled trailhead parking area contains a loading ramp and information board. Trails vary from easy to most difficult. No camping is allowed at trailhead. State laws regarding spark arresters and mufflers will be enforced. ATVs are not allowed in designated campgrounds except for entering and leaving the area. Mill Creek is located North of Ozark on Hwy 23 to Cass. You take Forest Service Road 1520 West 8 miles to Forest Service Road 1509 then North 4 miles to trailhead.
Huckleberry Mountain - The trails consist of 2 main loops offering 34 miles of scenic opportunites in the Ozark National Forest. The 22 mile Huckleberry Mountain Loop contains a 9 1/2 mile loop for those riders wanting a shorter trail. The Apple Loop is 12 miles and is a continuous loop. Each loop crosses gravel roads, loggin roads, and open forest roads. This area is South of Magazine.
Lee's Creek -
Little Sahara - Waynoka, OK. DUNE ACCESS FEES ARE NOW CHARGED 365 DAYS A YEAR The Park is open to riding 24 hrs. a day, 365 days a year. Dune access fees are $ 7.00 per day. All quads must have a whip flag and with a 10 foot pole. You must have lights for night use!

Disney Dam - Located west of Tulsa on Keystone Lake, this 600 acre area is maintained by the Corps of Engineers. The terrain is sandy and ranges from open beaches to wooded trails. Moderate elevation changes keep the wooded areas interesting and a large circuit of sandy trails. White Water Park is another riding area on Keystone, it is located right next to the dam. It is only about 80 acres, mostly sand and closed while bald eagles visit the area.
Salina Dam -
Beaver Dunes - This 520-acre park in the panhandle region offers dune buggy riding on 300 acres of sand hills, fishing, hiking and bicycle trails, playground and and two campgrounds with water and electric hookups (one at lake, and other for ORVers). Total of 15 RV sites and 10 tent sites. Other facilities include picnic areas, horseshoes, basketball and volleyball courts, playground, pavilion, showers and dump station.
Camp Gruber - Located between Muskogee and Braggs on OK Highway 10, a 450 acre sliver of this army base is operated by the Camp Gruber Recreation Trust Authority as an off-road vehicle area. The terrain ranges from sandy to good ol' dirt with several rocks along the way. Enduros and hare scrambles are held at Gruber throughout the year and the facility is open year round.
